Jon Sutherland came out in March to measure blinds. Had to call him back numerous times for several months. Finally returned my call only to say that he would have to try and get someone else to send me the bid as he could not get his computer to send it properly. Never heard from anyone. Here it is June and no calls from them. Apparently they don't need my business. Jon nice, but his customer service is terrible. Went with Blinds.com out of Georgetown (Katie). She's awsome.
