Highly recommend the lounge for all your skin care and intimate needs! Rola is amazing, very honest and kind. She has taken the time to learn her craft, and does it so well. I had my first appointment with her March 28th, and I am so happy to have found them. Karima was also involved in my treatments and she is absolutley lovely, and kind. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group of people. Thank you all

I traveled nearly two hours one way to visit the lounge in St. Albert, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Based on their Facebook and Instagram presence, I expected a professional and well-organized environment, especially as I had been a long-time follower. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My experience with Rola and the team was 10/10 we love the vibe and the way you treat a customer like a family. Very easy going people and they always hooka you up with prices and make sure you get what you pay for. For my personal experience for free I won’t go anywhere else. I have been to many places and there’s no place like the Lounge medical spa. Keep up the great work guys
