My friend Smile and I came in town for a World Cup game. We were looking to get a cut so here is my experience with Jeff and David: 1. Atmosphere was amazing: Down to earth guys. 2. Attention to detail. They make sure every detail on your head is done the way you like it. Jeff even waited for us to come in before he left home. 3.
