These reviews are straight lies. They have horrible management besides one lady…she should know who she is. Caught in 4k on CAMERA Maintenance came in my house and couldn’t hold his pee and used my downstairs restroom (unsanitary). Maintenance came to fix my dryer and broke it. That didn’t get fixed until 3 weeks later. Parking sucks really bad, it’s no point of getting a reserved spot or parking in handicap when people block your car in.…. Stay far away from these fake luxury apartments/townhouses.

I toured the Louis and applied that same day due to a special that was going on that a months rent would be free. I attempted calling the office multiple times over the next few weeks to follow up about my application. Unfortunately, they would not answer the phone or respond to the follow up email that I sent. I was eventually sent a lease after I was approved but it was the incorrect lease with several costs being different than what was initially discussed. Well, I have many good things to say about the apartment complex and its Management and staff. I should probably also address some of the negative comments that I have seen in review. Multiple concerns about animal waste seem late at the feet of the Management, which and truth is the fault of those who reside in the complex since they have pets however, when we think about it, the Management can only enforce what can be witnessed.
