I visited The Lotus (such a lovely facility btw! Instantly loved it as soon as I walked in) and had my very first facial done by Auburn!! She was so wonderful and accommodating. I have specific allergies and she took the time to review each product with me before my appointment. Her beside manner is phenomenal, and she made sure the environment was perfect to relax during the process. I felt like a new woman afterwards, and I’ll definitely be back to see her for literally everything! Y’all go book with her!
