I've been going to Lotus Method for more than a year. The staff is excellent. They helped me prepare for and recover from the pregnancy birth of my second child. This is the best thing I have done for my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend. My trainer Lacey is knowledgeable, super helpful, and lots of fun.
