I feel the strongest I have ever felt thanks to my time at Lotus. Since starting at 8 weeks pregnant, I've been able to manage pain and prevent injury during both pregnancy and 4-5 months postpartum. My trainer, Chris, has been BEYOND supportive during this entire journey and I can't speak highly enough about her.
