Last minute cancellation for someone traveling an hour into SLC to be told your appointment that was set 3weeks ago is now cancelled. Receptionist was rude & did not offer any explanation or other option. Sarah, counselor, hope you understand canceling last minute could cause a breakdown. Horrible practice.
I've been coming here for a few years now seeing Sarah Kaihau. She helped me with my depression from rx medication that didn't help now to ketamine that has completely healed me!! Now she is helping me treat my ADHD and she is always so helpful, and informative. I so appreciate the safe place lotus center has become for me over these past few years.
They have some great therapists! And a relaxing, calming atmosphere.

Amazing environment, tranquil, the practitioners are thorough, the customer service is fantastic — we have has a wonderful experience there. Peggy is sensational, Jude is epic, Julie was so helpful & kind! A night and day difference from the previous clinic I was going to. Highly recommend!
