I scheduled a pre-screening appointment and provided my Medicare and insurance information in advance, including that my plan has a $0 deductible. Based on that conversation, I was encouraged to come in, and there was no indication that any additional financial requirements would prevent me from being seen. Look no further! You will receive top-notch care at Lotus Center. My adult sons with Autism have been cared for at the Lotus Center for around 8 years. Professional, knowledgeable, available, supportive, are just a few wonderful words I have for this team. They have given my sons all the help they have needed, and treated them with dignity and respect every step of the way. They've been such a wonderful to the rest of my family by extension. Instead of disciplining our therapist acknowledging , Adam, for acting inappropriately and being extremely unprofessional (bombarding us with stressful messages and calls, during an intense appointment that he knew we were at the time and in general, getting *way* too involved in our lives) Staff just sent us an email after our compliant, letting us go. “Your family needs a higher level of care”. So just know before you go there, they won’t take accountability for *anything.*

I met Dr Wasek years back when she started treating my son. She is the most kind and caring professional that I have ever met. She goes above and beyond in helping those in need. Providers are excellent. I’ve had a few times where she’s had tix cancel last minute but that happens. Front desk staff I would rather stick a fork in my eye than deal with. I’ve been coming here for two years.. same provider, same issues with Dawn every single time. When dealing with mental health patients it’s important to remember to be kind and caring, which they seem to forget. I’ve never cancelled or been late.. but I’ve been told everytime I have to CHANGE an appointment that it’s a fee.
