Instead of disciplining our therapist acknowledging , Adam, for acting inappropriately and being extremely unprofessional (bombarding us with stressful messages and calls, during an intense appointment that he knew we were at the time and in general, getting *way* too involved in our lives) Staff just sent us an email after our compliant, letting us go. “Your family needs a higher level of care”. So just know before you go there, they won’t take accountability for *anything.*
I met Dr Wasek years back when she started treating my son. She is the most kind and caring professional that I have ever met. She goes above and beyond in helping those in need. I am very thankful for the help she provided to my son and I. Wishing all the best to you, Dr Wasek, and your sweet pup Buddha!
Providers are excellent. I’ve had a few times where she’s had tix cancel last minute but that happens. Front desk staff I would rather stick a fork in my eye than deal with. I’ve been coming here for two years.. same provider, same issues with Dawn every single time. When dealing with mental health patients it’s important to remember to be kind and caring, which they seem to forget. I’ve never cancelled or been late.. but I’ve been told everytime I have to CHANGE an appointment that it’s a fee.

I had the worst experience ever today. I was hoping to be a returning client however that changed quickly. I got in my phone 5 minutes before the zoom call and checked everywhere I never got the link so at about 10 mins after I called they told me to log back in I did so after we hung up my provider still was not in the chat.
