The Lotus Center is such unique and special clinic. As a therapist, I feel so confident referring clients there for medication management. The whole team is knowledgeable, inclusive, and looks at the whole person in front of them, not just a diagnosis.
I have been a patient for several years, absolutely love my provider. I hadn’t had much experience with the front desk and office management until now, as I have always had insurance and always paid my copays. Ive been with The Lotus Center for 8 years now and I never wanna change that. I have NEVER ran into any billing issues, misguidance or rudeness from staff. I recommended this place to a friend and I really wish I never had. After only a 5 minute appointment with Doctor Va Mounga, my friend called me absolutely sobbing. She was asked by Doctor Va Mounga what her expectations were, and my friend explained a brief part of her physical health that was affecting her mental health.
