Honestly really nice so far. It's in a really good area, it's gated, close to a movie theater, and not far from downtown so there's always something to do. The place itself is clean comfy, and Misty does a great job taking care of the residents. Everything has been smooth and easy, and I would definitely recommend staying here. 😄
I’ve had a great experience living at The Lotus at Midtown. The management team really cares about their residents and is willing to help when issues come up. Recently, my car was towed due to a misunderstanding with the tow company. I had been waiting for a DMV appointment in March, and the manager, Misty, had noted that my car shouldn’t be towed while I was waiting. Misty has truly gone above and beyond in every interaction I have had with her. She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she works with, and it shows. I have seen her treat everyone with respect and compassion no matter the situation, which is rare to find these days. The property itself is in a quiet area, which makes it a great place to live.
