The Lotus in Helotes is a wonderful MedSpa owned and operated by two amazing women, Kelly and Erin. Their work is impeccable and they are always honest about what will (or will not) help you achieve your goals. I feel at home from the moment I walk in the door, have utilized most of their services at one time or another and will never go anywhere else!
I recently had a XERF skin-tightening treatment at The Lotus Aesthetics And Wellness in Helotes, and the entire experience was outstanding. Erin Lenza was wonderful to work with—she took the time to thoroughly explain the XERF procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
