Kelly is an absolute gem! She was real and genuinely kind. A great human being with a beautiful soul!! Beyond good at what she does. Very thorough, as gentle as possible with great results. I am so glad I found this place! I would absolutely recommend Kelly and the Lotus for all waxing needs!
