Amazing kindness from the staff at the vet center. It's always busy. Lovely tea room while you wait. They have helped save Honey's eye. My own vet wanted to remove her eye or put her to sleep.
I think friendly is a understatement. You are going to them because you love and care for your pet! In tears as cant afford hudge vet bill. Begging for help! To even do a payment plan, as on benifit, Receptionist showed no empathy, got asked how much I had on me £15 at the time, was told we're take that. Bit then to be told operation would be £750, which is alot for someone with no money, that if dont pay they will keep my kitten. This is a dog friendly place to go for a drink and one of their lovely cakes or for breakfast or lunch always something yum to eat. Also, check out for the evening advents. They just had a curry night, and the food was great. Does get busy, but you can ring and book a table. The chef and staff are great. So have a ride out, take the fur babies, sit inside or out if weather nice, and treat yourself.
Brilliant team, they have removed a tumour for my dog, a tail for my cat with some continuous treatment for both and prices are really good. Their cafe is lovely, well priced and full of options and there is a beautiful woods just down the road to keep you busy
Lovely little cafe, run by the sanctuary. Everything is always fresh and the staff are more than accommodating with tweaks to dishes. The staff are friendly and welcoming no matter how busy the tea rooms get. And dogs are welcome inside and outside as it's really close to lyminge forest.
