Amazing kindness from the staff at the vet center. It's always busy. Lovely tea room while you wait. They have helped save Honey's eye. My own vet wanted to remove her eye or put her to sleep.
Well, firstly a massive THANK YOU to this place as a whole for literally saving my kitten (Cozmo’s) life! Me and my son are truly grateful! Unfortunately my good friend made a (now deleted) review- written as if it were her cat so the vets thought it was me but it wasn't and even if I did feel some of what she wrote was just?!… we had totally different perspectives at what was a traumatic and emotional time! This is a dog friendly place to go for a drink and one of their lovely cakes or for breakfast or lunch always something yum to eat. Also, check out for the evening advents. They just had a curry night, and the food was great. Does get busy, but you can ring and book a table. The chef and staff are great. So have a ride out, take the fur babies, sit inside or out if weather nice, and treat yourself.
Lord Whiskey was happy to leave my cat to die. Phoned yesterday after being told by my vets that my cat needed over £2000 worth of treatment & an operation. The receptionist at LW was considerate but not empathetic enough to take on the seriousness of the situation. I was told I would receive a telephone call back with it being an emergency in which I didn’t and had to call them myself. They told me my cat’s operation would be “ dental extractions are £300-£400 though” making me feel downgraded on my situation. They could n... read more
Lovely vet who was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with pets if you're on a low income and struggling to pay for medication, injections etc
