We did the dinner buffet and from the start waited about 20 mims to have an open table available. 15 mins we waited at the table for our waitress. The table had no silverware. At this point it was 8:25pm and it was closing at 9pm. We got up and served our selves, we found plaatic silverware and napkins. Served ourselves our drinks, then got caught and yelled at by a server. Mind you its a buffet so its all you can eat right? The staff is nice and friendly, the food was decent but im here on a busy time where stuff doesn’t sit BUT major issues overall poor experience and if it wasn’t over $100 (family 4) I’d say 3 stars but way too much. My water glass never was refilled so I was thirsty, got yelled out for self using the fountain machines but there was no one around to help and the lemonade they served was horrible (machine out of syrup) so I filled from other machine.
