Recently had a Dolby Atmos surround system installed in my home. Had a minor setback in the beginning but Mike and Shawn were quick to resolve it and the installation looks awesome and the sound is amazing. I can’t remember the names of the two techs that installed it but they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend The Loop if your planning on putting in or upgrading a theater room.

How could The Loop improve? Let's start with honesty. Competence would help also. As far as we are concerned, we were not treated very well at all by The Loop. If you want to do business with a bunch of idiots, call them. Best improvement would be have the owner sell it to a more reputable person. It was fun watching them turn over most of their staff in less than a year. Really wish we would have gone elsewhere.

Everything was great still having a little problem with the audio but the loop is guaranteed to come back and visit us and make it right. We would highly recommended the loop
