El mejor lugar donde emos estado viendo por muchos años un lugar tranquilo y muy bonito no tuvimos ningún problema y la administración de la oficina muy amable en especial Josué es una persona muy amable el siempre está allí para ayudarte . Gracias por todo vamos a extrañar este lugar pero Dios nos dio la oportunidad de poder tener nuestro propio hogar. Muy recomendado este lugar muy hermoso.
They have great amenities and the front desk is really nice. However, beware that it's not only the rent amount that will be due. It will be rent and other fees in your total amount. Also, heaven forbid something goes wrong with your bank because they will charge you extra without skipping a beat. It makes no difference if you always pay on time.
I’ve lived here for about 10 months and my rent seems to go higher every single month. Recently, because of their mistakes they’ve been charging 100$ a month for trash! FOR TRASH! Mind you all the random service charges and paying for the leasing offices electric. They also charge 25$ for the lock on the door every month. These apartments are greedy. Make sure to check all the extra expenses before considering this place!

I absolutely love living at The Loop! I just re-signed my lease because it truly feels like home for me right now. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and the entire property is kept so clean and well-maintained. I feel safe here, which means so much to me. Maintenance is also super responsive; every time I’ve had a request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier to call this place home!
