My partner and I have lived at The Loop for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The community is both luxurious and peaceful, and the maintenance team is consistently prompt and efficient in addressing any concerns. The office team—Tiffany, José, and Donna—have been wonderful to work with, always professional, friendly, and accommodating. As we transition into homeownership, we will be moving out, but we highly recommend The Loop to anyone looking for a great place to live.
I’ve been living here for 2 years in July. Been having MOLD issues since day one, all management says is that it’s humidity and it’s normal because this is Florida, so are humidity patches on wall, black spots on wall, vents sweeting, black/green stuff growing on vents (mold), rust everywhere normal?? I only renew the lease because they promised to fix this things but all they do, is paint on top of the MOLD, we are all having allergic symptoms. Now since Jan we have ROACHES, German and American.
