Food was good, but service was horrible. Kelsey was server. Didn't get refill on pop. Had to go up and ask host for to-go box. It wasn't even busy. I'm a server and observant when it comes to that stuff
The service was terrible. My food was cold. No one checked to see how my food was. My coke was never refilled. I ordered what I thought was a happy hour drink for $2.50 and was charged $6.50. My son never received the Sprite that came with his kids meal. My family has been going to The Lookout for 30 years. After yesterday's experience I seriously doubt we'll ever go back.
The Lookout is a fun place to dine and listen to some music.
