Paid almost $4000 for an incomplete job that was left patchy when the owner refused to honour my final appointment post lock down (product also heavily faded in the first 6 months). Was also promised a complimentary touch up for a good review which I attempted to book in over 9 times but was continuelly given the run around. That first class customer service goes right out the window when there is no more money to be paid.
