I enjoyed my experience with Richard! Even though it was my first time getting my hair done with him, he made sure it was never awkward between us! I love my hair and I can't wait to come back and get my hair done again with him ! He has so many stories and he definitely made my hair perfect 💗
On two different occasions, I made and confirmed my appointment with Regina at least a week in advance. At my appointment time she was still working on a customer and then took another customer before me. Regina showed zero recognition toward the value of my time or my business. No explanation, acknowledgment, or apology offered for having to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. I’ll help her clients out by not contributing to her future backlogs.
