I was very disappointed with my experience at The Look as I came in for color and wanted a golden blonde hair color as I had and was given a drab brownish color that I now have to have repaired some where else. Very disappointing!
I would absolutely NOT recommend this salon. I made my daughter an appointment for 3:15 with Regina. We arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, checked in, and waited for her to finish with the customer ahead of us. When she was done, she took someone else ahead of us. We waited until 3:45 for our 3:15 appointment. My daughters cut was nice, but Regina charged us $45. I questioned the price, since the website lists a kids cut for $20. This was my first visit. I followed the Master Barber which is a new service at this location.
It was my first appointment at The Look Salon. My stylist was Donna Wright, she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in awhile. A good stylist is hard to find. Thank you Donna
