If I could give a negative 10 review, I would! I am beyond disappointed with my experience at The Look Salon. I went in with HEALTHY hair, expecting professional service, but left with an absolute disaster. The stylist completely over-processed my hair during the coloring process, to the point where my hair is now breaking off in chunks. My hair is absolutely fried—dry, burnt, brittle, and lifeless. Had my hair trimmed and layered by Gina and felt amazing walking out! The salon is wonderful, everyone was friendly, and I'll surely be back. Definitely recommend!
Have just moved here from Dallas TX , so was apprehensive about finding a hairstylist that could do my highlights the way I liked them. Had an appointment with Michelle today. She is a professional with hair color, as I have long hair. So happy with the results. I highly recommend her !!!
