I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic with Dr. Shaneel Shastri, particularly regarding informed consent. My original treatment plan involved four premolar extractions. While I was considering an alternative surgical pathway with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, treatment continued and my lower incisors were progressively flared. I am undergoing treatment at the moment and I have been quite disappointed in the quality of customer service, given the amount you pay for treatment. I’ve had repeated bad experiences, including an email chasing a missing paying after it had already been paid and I had sent through confirmation, being told I was late for a 12:15pm appointment when I clearly had a text message saying my appointment was 12:30pm, and I was told there wouldn’t be enough time to complete my appointment (although the technician I saw said it was ... read more

I received treatment from Dr. Shaneel, who is very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in orthodontics. I had confidence in his expertise throughout most of my treatment. Unfortunately, towards the end of my treatment, I felt there was a lack of attention to detail, which resulted in my braces staying on longer than necessary.
