Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, informative and took me step by step through the process of my lash lift and tint. So happy I found this place!
I called last week and she was incredible. Very detailed and answered all questions. When came in for the injection appt, it was not rushed,, she showed us how to do it ourselves and explained in the detail and demonstrated everything we needed to know.
Everyone at The Look is so fun and great! I had to take a week off of Bungee and missed it greatly!! I'm so glad to be back at it and can't wait till class this Saturday.
Staff is always helpful and I know they have my best interests and health as a priority. They help me achieve my goals.
