Evelyn and her staff are amazing! I have been going to this salon since I was a little girl (I’m 30). They are phenomenal and the only salon on the north shore I will go to for wash and sets, color, hair cuts/trims.
I went to The Look for a blow out. I left happy my hair was nice and straight and shiny. But!!!! After i washed it I 100% smelled chemical relaxant in my hair & still do after washing it twice it is also extremely dry feeling now and breakage. I happened to look through the other reviews and saw someone else had a similar experience. Extremely disapointed, hope my hair returns back to its healthier feel soon. The staff is very friendly. It would be helpful if you spoke spanish but it is not mandatory. I don't like my hair flat or super straight so you have to tell them how you like it. I love volume and movement and they get it right everytime.
We came to this salon based off the recommendation of a close friend, and we could not be happier! We will definitely be coming back whenever we need hair cuts/trims or even just a wash and blow out. The staff was friendly and all clients left with gorgeous hair styles.
Went here years ago for a simple hair straighten. My hair did not bounce back or curl for MONTHS. convinced the shampoo was cut with chemical relaxer or my hair was burnt off. three years later and i am still growing back
