The Look Salon has always been incredible. I have been going to Toni for almost 5 years now. She always cuts and colors my hair exactly the way I want it. I would recommend anyone to go here! Toni is the best.

The look has never disappointed. If you're looking for a small, personal stylist, Toni is the one to see. She has been doing my hair and my family's hair for over 10 years. Not once have I been in there and received poor service or style. I was appalled to see bad reviews on here. She stays busy, I think at some point it is an exception to eat a little something in between clients when you do not stop all day. I even drive from Covington to see her!

The Look Hair Salon has A Lot of potential. Terrible customer service. I went to get highlights and it had been a while since I got my hair done. No warm welcome. I tried to explain what I wanted looked through pictures showed the girl one I liked and got in the chair to get my highlights. I forced the conversation, she had nothing interesting to say, then in the middle they sat down and ate lunch, which wouldn't have been so bad if they were nicer or offered me a refreshment as well. Went to Look Hair Salon for a simple hair cut! Once my hair dried I noticed the left side of my hair is more than an inch longer than the right! Thanks Look Hair Salon for a lopsided hair cut!! I'll be getting my hair cut again shortly but NOT at Look Hair Salon!
