Excellent service, fast shipping, and really quality products! When I had issues installing one part, I was able to contact the store and the manufacturer directly, even on the phone. I was sent a replacement part free of charge, and the whole experience was great. So happy with my new clawfoot tub faucet
The folks at the Loo store stepped me through which hardware to purchase for my antique tub and pedestal sink restoration and even put me in touch with a staff plumber when we had to make a slight edit. Service was excellent. Product is top shelf and speedy delivery!
Don’t expect any service…if product is faulty despite being under warranty you are on your own. We sent a leaky faucet under warranty and they used a ton of plumbers glue that made a permanent mess on the polished brass. Even worse after they ‘fixed it’ they sent it back the cold side no longer worked!! Now they are ghosting. Worst service for a so-called high-end product.
The faucet looks great and the staff were really great to work with. I have ordered from them in the past and will do so in the future.
SCAMMED! The Loo Store Bathroom supply store has taken our $450.00 for our shower curtain rod, and two months later no product has been delivered. One month ago they claimed it was shipping out that week. No returns to calls or emails for weeks. Will be talking to the better business burrow. Don’t be gaslit by these con artist in the reviews claiming anyone calling them a scam is writing about another loo store. Thieves!
