I've been getting massages for over 3 decades and have had many different therapists. Jian Zhou is one of the best. He knows where to apply more/less pressure ("smart hands"), and is knowledgeable in body mechanics. He's also kind and professional and makes me feel at ease. Have had great experiences. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. And they offer a variety of services so it’s kind of a one stop shop which I love. I went there specifically to get help from a naturopath and Dr. Tim Warwick was amazing with helping me out. Also did IV therapy and it was incredible. Will definitely be going again.
Catherine the nurse is amazing, an absolute gem. I had an unfortunate situation of zero iron and I was quite ill and foggy. I booked in here. The staff were extremely helpful in helping me sort out my paperwork and prescription. When I got to the lab, Catherine did an amazing job at putting me at ease. I have seen the Osteopath Wency Zablan a few times and the treatments have been very successful. I feel more balanced and can walk further every day! The treatments have been life changing.
