Victoria should be your first stop if you're doing home improvements of any kind, she doesn't just design but she prevents expensive mistakes. She helps me understand contacting quotes, quality of materials and designs i can build on. I've known her since high-school and she will never steer anyone wrong. Anytime I have clients in London I use her flower business as well. She makes everything look unique and glamorous. Highly recommend
I went there to shop for a bouquet, I asked for a customized bouquet where I wanted to choose flowers. She said come back in 20 minutes, that wasn’t an issue for me. But when I went back, she offered me a premade bouquet and I told her I didn’t quite like it and asked her if she can make it the way i wanted. In her exact words she told me “you don’t tell me how to make it” but as a customer I asked for what we agreed upon and she was being rude. Victoria is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything design. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is personable, charismatic and so easy to work with. I wouldn’t choose anyone else for any of my design work! 🥰
