Doctors were not supportive at all during my experience and additionally did not send my results to my family doctor. I also woke up to a bruised lip due to them having difficulty with the anesthesia and it felt like they were not properly trained nor had any bedside manner when I woke up, having no idea what happened.

I had a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy done for the first time the other day and I wanted to share my experience. I was extremely nervous and anxious as I walked into the clinic but the receptionists at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all the questions I had and asked me to wait in the waiting room until I was called in for the procedure. I had an upper scope done this morning. I was worried the experience would be unpleasant, but the anesthesia provided was sufficient so that I wasn't aware at all. I woke up with minimal grogginess, nurses were efficient and kind. It's not a hospital, it's a small clinic, but it is well organized. I would recommend this location. Thank you
