Had a procedure done there today by Dr Chande. Dr Chande was very funny, super profesional and made my experience a smooth one. His anesthesiologist and nurse were also very awesome. The receptionist was super friendly and patient. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thankful for the team !!🙏🏽
The staff at this clinic were very professional & caring. A very good experience. Would definitely choose this clinic over hospital experiences. Top notch medical staff.
I went in for colonoscopy this morning and the lady at the front desk was absolutely one of politest receptionist I came across dr.talwar was very professional and kind including the nurse and all the other staff they made me feel like I was in good hands Dont hesitate to go there they are phenomenal!!!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease. The nurses and doctors were incredibly professional yet warm, treating me with kindness, respect, and patience. Their attention to detail and ability to make an anxious patient feel reassured truly stood out. The centre is spotless, well-organized, and clearly prioritizes patient comfort and safety.
Intake & procedure staff are very friendly. I have concerns however, about their professionalism/competence. Tech had trouble finding a vein in my hand. She jammed around a bunch of times. 2 months later, my hand still hurts. I had a bad stomach acid attack while sedated, despite affirming twice beforehand that I suffered from regular attacks.
