Summary: this company is terrible. They lack attention to detail, cannot follow requests, take extremely long to get requests done and generally have cost me more time rather than saving me time. A few examples: 1. I was promised one property manager. However in the first 2 months, at least 6 different people from TLMC turned up to my property. We contracted TLMC last year to look after our london apartment and for their high end services and so far they have done really well.
Exceptional property management services! Their team is highly responsive and of the highest standards - they handled everything seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-tier property management. Thank you.
If you are a contractor I highly don't recommend to work for this management company. They practice modern slavery. Ask you to do the job and then avoid paying and nor replying to chasing emails.
