Professional from start to finish. Lila who answered my call was well informed and knowledgeable about the services provided. She made me feel like this was the right clinic to take my daughter to and we managed to get an appointment for the following week. Dr Derrick was great with my 6 month old. This is the best experience I have had to date with allergy issues . The London Allergy clinic were quick and efficient to respond. They were understanding and very helpful . My video appointment with the doctor was also very good .He was sympathetic to my issues and very clear in his suggested remedies to these which I have already tried and have already improved . I had a really positive experience at the London Allergy Clinic. I’ve been struggling with severe hay fever and wasn’t getting anywhere on the NHS, but here I was able to speak to someone who actually understood what I was dealing with and got me an appointment within a couple of days.
