This review is long overdue, but I had such an amazing experience at The London. From the very first point of contact, I knew I was in good hands. Booking my appointment over the phone was such a smooth and pleasant experience. The receptionist was so kind, patient, and helpful, which made me feel really comfortable right away. Huge thank you to Cassandra—I’m in love with my hair! This was my first time getting extensions, and she took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and really brought my vision to life. I felt so comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her! Everyone at the salon was super welcoming and friendly too. Great experience all around!!
