Dear The London staff, I had a hair service last Saturday with Cassandra. I just wanted you all to know that I haven't been this happy with my hair in YEARS!! Cassandra took the time, care and effort to ensure that my wants and needs were met. She really did nail it!! I was a brassy mess, and I did have some pretty unrealistic expectations.
