Awesome pet-friendly place. Hosts anticipate almost every possible detail based on your travel details. Fully stocked supplies in fridge as well! Cannot say enough about cleanliness and how good the diffusers smell! We’ll be looking to stay here whenever we’re going to visit Columbus, and hope to watch some football on the projector this fall.
Michael and Kathleen are incredible host. They've done everything to make The Lola feel like a home away from home. It is incredibly well stocked with anything you might and the snacks and flowers are incredibly thoughtful. I'd highly recommend.
The Lola feels like home! I don’t love traveling and hate hotels. I was in town for a long stay to care for my daughter after surgery. Michael and Kathleen were beyond accommodating with extending my stay and allowing a later checkout. I think they even added serving trays to make it easier for us to do meals in bed. It is so nice to not have to worry about anything because everything you could need is provided. I’ve stayed many times and will definitely return for my next visit to Columbus!
Loved my stay at The Lola! Michael and Kathleen went above and beyond.Loved the cookies for me and my dog:) There are a ton of amenities for people and their pets. We all loved the massage chair! The area felt very safe, and we walked pretty much everywhere. Truly the best travel experience I’ve had with my dog. Will absolutely stay again next time we are in Columbus.
