I’ve had multiple things stolen and attempted to be stolen with zero changes done by management to prevent this later on. After living here for over two years I can say they lack in care for tenants saftey and property.

I don't even know how to put it in words how bad this place is. There's just so many things wrong with this place. * Homeless people. The entire neighborhood is full of homeless people. * Abandoned buildings and structures. This complex is one of the few buildings on the block that is not abandoned. Every other building, garage, and parking lot in front and behind the complex is abandoned. * No parking for guests. Homeless people everywhere. That's not an exaggeration. I will sometimes find a homeless person hiding in random areas around the building at night. After I moved here, I found out that alot of nextdoor buildings and parking garages are just full of homeless people camping in them. There is security here at night, but there's only so much they can do.

This area feels unsafe and unsettling. The buildings in front and behind the complex are abandoned, and at night there is construction noise coming from the abandoned buildings that often last until 4-5 am. The "construction crew" only comes at night when it's dark, and there is no lighting or actual sign of construction. There is simply just very loud noises that come out of the buildings for hours throughout the night. This happens often. I have tried reporting this, but it continues.
