Great place and was very helpful when I needed to move in quickly from my previous apartment complex. The place is kept clean and it’s always quiet. Thanks to Alejandra for assisting me on the process of application and for the move in deal.
The management has a high turnover rate and they take a very long time to fix issues in apartments. Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here. There very lazy and the main hallways are super disgusting and they never take out the trash so it smells most of the time. Also there keys don’t always work and if you get locked out your basically out of luck. Management is very lazy! Definitely recommend not renting from the Paskin Group.
Had absolutely the best experience from the team managing these apartments. Was looking for a new place fairly quickly after my roommate moved out of state. Alejandrina was fantastic every step of the application process and within 48 hours of getting in touch with her I met with Deon and Erin to get my keys and get moved in!
