I would not give them a rating at all. A 1 is even too high. I ordered November 11 and have had no communication and have NOT received my order. Strangely enough, Since then my card was compromised and I have had all sorts of unauthorized charges on my card. Since I have only used that card online with this company, It must makes me suspicious, although I have no prove of them being involved. I am going to turn them in to BBB and I will never order from this so-called company again.
If I could give NO stars, I would. I placed an order on July 18th for 2 nightstands. Received an email confirmation for my order, saying to allow 4-6 weeks for completion. 10 weeks later, no tables and no response from phone calls, voicemails, or emails. Half the time when you call them, the voicemail is "full" or you get a fax machine sound. Filed 2 complaints - one with FBI Internet scams and the other with the FTC. BAD NEWS BEARS. I just talked to the Chaska Police Department and this business screws out of state customers by taking payment and never filling the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS if you are out of state. We ordered a day bed and have not received it, our card was charged, and we can't get them to answer the phone or leave a message. I was told a group of out of state buyers are bringing a lawsuit against this company. REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I paid a fortune for a mirror like they show on their site (Beartooth Aspen Cheval Mirror with extra character). They show a picture that has a mirror of at least 18" width and a total width of 28.5". Mine arrived with a mirror of 9.5", enough for a skinny 12 year old to see a reflection. They say it rotates so that one can use it as an aid when dressing. When unscrewed, mine rotates parallel to the floor and that is the only position it will hold. Place an online order, received an invoice, credit card was charged. No response to voicemails or emails. No product received.
They sent me the wrong size futon cover and had the most incompetent sales person I have evr talked to. She said the owner would call me and he is never there. It has been weeks now and he hasn't called. Terrible execution and service. Stay away.
