I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by the manager, Pop, and the security guard. From the moment we arrived, their attitude was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they spoke to us disrespectfully and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
