Not a positive experience in any regard. We were here for 3 years and had frequent issues with bugs/roaches. Outdoor grills frequently not working. Exterior hallways and stairs were very dirty. Cigarette smoke. Difficulty finding parking at time, particularly in the evenings. Property management is very unresponsive, 3 or 4 different companies and none were helpful. We ultimately had to hire an attorney to get our deposit back, and the refund process took almost 6 months.
5/5 stars I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term rental in the Pigeon Forge area. The property is well cared for and the amenities are excellent (onsite laundry, pool, gym) wifi/cable is included. The location is also excellent it's walking distance from Patriot Park and a 5-10 minute drive from anything else you might need. I also wanna give a big shout-out to Brad and Elizabeth for being incredibly helpful! The staff is wonderful and gets an A+ all around, we couldn't be happier.
First time I have lived in an apartment.Love the gym and the pool and the community.The views of the mountains are amazing.And you are right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. It’s like living in Epcot with all the diversity and different cultures that live here.The rooms are great and I feel safe living here. Elizabeth,Julia and Brad at the leasing office go above and beyond to my my stay great. Steve and Noah and tge maintenance crew are awesome . I would definitely recommend this place .
Nice, very helpful staff made moving in a little better experience
Went to tour here for apartments and the lady who is the property manager was super nice. Loved the tour she gave and I also loved that everything was set out in the way of pricing.
