Just moved in yesterday already love it here very nice people and an actual apartment were I can cook a nice pool area etc I thank God for a place like the lofts of pigeon forge yall are great folks and I appreciate yalls help on a better living situation

I will really recommend this place when I went they really help me out I moved in that night that I signed the lease the place is very nice and worth the money in my eyes anyway the ppl in the office are very nice and will help u out
Not a positive experience in any regard. We were here for 3 years and had frequent issues with bugs/roaches. Outdoor grills frequently not working. Exterior hallways and stairs were very dirty. Cigarette smoke. Difficulty finding parking at time, particularly in the evenings. Property management is very unresponsive, 3 or 4 different companies and none were helpful.
