Apartments are incredibly gorgeous. Rental process was super easy and staff was great through that process. Only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because we haveHad some issues with the billing of the spectrum service Which is provided through INH and maintenance has been a bit slow To fix some issues. Once Maintenanceshows up though they’ve been fantastic. Overall, I would still recommend! By far, the best choice in the St. Cloud area.
I was really excited to move here and had talked to a friend who was a prior resident before moving in. I do really like my apartment itself, but management has been creating a nightmare for me. When I got my final lease the forgot to add the discount for a deal I was given and would have been overcharging me by over $400 if I hadn't reached out to have it fixed. Location and interior aesthetic were good. Ease of move in/move out, management, and street noise were less so.
