Yes, there are very strict breed restrictions here, but this has been my home as well for going on 3 years, and I have no complaints. We are a tight knit family.
I have been living here for 2, going on 3 years now and absolutely love it. It’s comfortable, quiet and when any questions arise, they are addressed within a few hours. I would highly recommend The Lofts to any friend or family member.
We were approved for the apartment and then day of move in we were told our dogs had breed restrictions and they couldn't allow us to rent the apartment. We moved all the way from NC, I had all my pet information in the application when I applied, so due to Kevin's lack of diligence or complaints from other residents, we are now struggling to find an apartment. Also, there are nasty dogs already at the community, barking and growling as you walk pass them. I would not recommend.
