This is by far the best place you can stay in clarksdale. You could rent a single room at a rundown hotel or you can come here and rent a entire apartment. For less money!
This is perfect if you are looking for lodging with more square footage, a full kitchen (yes I cooked), a separate sleeping area, and rates that are comparable to brand hotels.
Although a little run down, the units are centrally located, pretty modern and have tons of space. Texted about a concern while there and no response. Never saw another human…granted it was a Tuesday. Glad I stayed only 1 night. Plan accordingly: Clarksdale is pretty dead Monday and Tuesday nights.
