When I first moved here, I loved it. Under the current management of the last few years, not so much. The upkeep of the property has gone significantly downhill, but the most disturbing thing is how they can and DO frequently enter your apt without consent or scheduling. I have NEVER lived somewhere where they find reasons to enter your space at least 4 times a year or so AND can do so bc these doors have NO deadbolt in addition to the locks they have a master key for. I wish to remain anonymous but have video evidence to back up my review this is not a fake review. This is to warn anyone looking to move here into the vacant apartment #125 in which the residence moved due to the outrageous noise in #230. The fight constantly, screaming, the kid runs constantly, they smoke weed inside which comes through our vents, the smoke week on the porch which I have video proof of, dog barks on the balcony, car tabs are expired since 12/2025, the police have been called several times, complaints have ... read more
Long rant.... I’ve lived here a little over a year, and honestly, I had high hopes when I moved in. At first, everything was fine—my original upstairs neighbors were what I’d consider normal. You could hear them, sure, but it wasn’t disruptive to the point where I couldn’t sleep, work, or relax. That completely changed when they moved out. The current neighbors upstairs are extremely loud—constant heavy noise to the point where I can’t sleep, work, watch TV, or even think clearly at times. Ofice folks are friendly and helpful. Maintenance personnel are prompt and friendly. Neighbors are the best. Only complaints I've run across are: 1. No dog park... and, 2. Lack of playground for children. I, myself have no dogs or children of playground age
This review is long over due. I have lived here several years and am currently looking to move asap. The only positive is the size of the units and that is it. My neighbor in 430 is trash and there is constant pounding and banging as if my ceiling is about to cave in 24/7 and especially during 11p-3a which is supposed to be quiet hours. They need to remove that from the lease because it doesn't exist and they don't hold anyone to that standard or accountable.
