I would like to give very positive feedback for staffs especially John at The Lofts. They have both been very kind, patient, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. They responded to my questions and requests in a professional and friendly way, which made my experience at The Lofts much smoother and more comfortable.

Well managed accommodation with very friendly stuff and maintenance requests are carried out in a timely manner. The staff at the reception and in particular Maya and Jon are very helpful and friendly and are willing to help with any queries that one may have. As an international student doing my Masters I would recommend staying here as it also a great place to meet people and make friends because of the many fun and interesting events that are carried out.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in the lofts. The location is incredibly convenient and just a short walk away from the campus, making it so easy to get around. What truly made my stay special, however, is the staff here. They are always incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Maya, Jon and Nan! Whenever I needed help, they never hesitated to lend a hand and supported me so much. It’s a fantastic place to live with a very supportive team. Highly recommended!
