Caleb is a star member of this staff! This young man is so efficient and he is sincerely kind and supportive. Eager to help! Friendly and so quick to help all tenants. He is hard working and does great work! Whenever I request work in my unit, they put on the order and within time it is completed! The office workers are kind and very helpful!
Front desk and leasing team are A+, they helped make our move in process seamless. Maintenance team responds very quick and is always respectful and professional!
we were heavily considering this building as our next home however, after reading the reviews and speaking to the leasing team it's clear that we should stay away. I simply asked if we could get an idea of how much rents would go up after the year lease expires and they refused to tell us. This is a huge red flag. I reiterated that it would be very helpful to know any estimate and they still refused which shows me this building is not tenant focused at all. With the most recent snow storm, I want to thank Caleb for his diligent care for those of us who live here. He was outside shoveling walkway after midnight and again snow blowing this morning.
