Living at The Lofts at Lancaster Mills has been a good experience overall. The front desk staff is helpful, and maintenance is responsive whenever needed. While I haven’t used the amenities much, they are well-kept and add to the appeal of the place. The building is well-maintained, and upkeep is handled efficiently. The walls are a bit thin, but that’s pretty standard for apartment living. Overall, a solid place to live!
Lived here for about two years; it looks nice when you walk through but the walls are thin, the matinence and cleaning were sub par (no fault of those employees but there were 2 of them for 200+ apartments), and they charged me a cleaning fee when I left and they will for you too, unless you don't use any of the appliances and keep them like new.
I toured with a friend looking for a new apartment about a year ago. Lots of light, great location, high ceilings! Would highly recommend!
The front office is the only redeeming quality of this place keeping it above a single star. The front office is operated by ladies who are top notch with care and diligence. If they worked elsewhere, I'd be happy if they were the land lords. I will NEVER do business with Brady Sullivan ever again. My rent started at $1540 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath and by the end I was paying $2055 their first excuse for raising rent was covid as if the bricks magically cost more. We have lived here for 7 months with our dog. Can you hear a neighbor or a dog once and awhile? Yes. Including our own. You live in a apartment community with 200 + other people. What do you expect. Are there cob webs in the 30ft ceilings. Yes. They sell cheap dusters with extensions on amazon. Do you expect the owner to clean for you? Are the units expensive? Yes. So is rent everywhere else.
