Beautiful historic property, huge bright loft apartments. Huge windows. Large marble style kitchen peninsula: add some bar stools and you have a spot to sit and eat brunch or sip wine. Large open bright hallways. Lighting throughout the property adds security. All apartments have ambient noise and neighbors. Everyone seems to quiet down and be respectful at night. Overall, I have loved living here. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and I feel very safe. Grace and McKenzie are wonderful and very attentive to residents and their needs. If you’re looking for that old mill/loft style living, The Lofts at Inman Mill is a great and affordable option! Super close to downtown Spartanburg and downtown Greenville. They sometimes offer community events, which is a nice chance to get to know your neighbors. Loved living here for 6 months + while my home was repaired. Apartment clean and well maintained. Neighbors friendly and helpful. Enjoyed community room and community activities, and exercise room was helpful. Pool was fun. Very quiet at night. Maintenance and security excellent. Grace and McKenzie in office friendly and always helpful. Would enjoy living here long-term if I didn’t enjoy working in my yard so much.
I lived here briefly, and whoever initially built this complex needs to be sued. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are saying and doing on either side of you and the floors above. Mind you, some of these units have high ceilings, so every noise echoes. The front desk staff were nice but never fully resolved any issues for one reason or another. Ms. Grace and McKenzie made me feel right at home. Their professionalism is outstanding. McKenzie was very thorough and knowledgeable with the available lofts. She was definitely a wealth of knowledge. These two ladies have amazing spirits. I would have loved to have joined the lofts at Inman mills family but based on what I need, I'm having to look elsewhere.
