We moved into the Lofts a month ago, our first time living in an apartment since we bought a house over 50 years ago. Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. Management has gone way down hill in the past few years after Nicole left. They are unresponsive to problems, rude, and maintenance does not show up.
