Never had a scheduled appointment fulfilled. Had high hopes for this place, but after three no shows in a row for my scheduled appointments I gave up on this salon. Stylist was always sick or at medical appointments. I totally understand that these things happen, but I can’t understand not showing up, not respecting appointment times, or why not give a heads up ahead of time. Unprofessional and disappointing.
Kamy the owner does an amazing job love her!
Kamy is an absolute magician! I’ve seen her twice, and arrived both times with severe root outgrowth and terrible split ends. Both times, I walked out looking like a completely different person with gorgeous hair!! Do yourself a favor - if you’re anywhere even CLOSE to the The Loft, go here for your next hair appointment.
