I took time off of work and wasted my time and gas just for the stylist to do a no show. I arrived at 9am on a Thursday for an appointment I booked weeks ago because the stylist wouldn’t do weekends. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting before I was contacted by the stylist via IG (because that’s all they wanted to communicate on). She cancels due to not having a sitter? Unprofessional. The experience is amazing, they handle you with so much care, and help you find what suits you best. I had my hair butchered at another place and I came here and they fixed it and make it so much better. I Highly recommended Benson He does an amazing job.
I love, love my hairdresser. Benson is the absolutely the best. My mom and kids use him as well. We will not go anywhere to get our haircuts and color. The salon decor is cute and inviting. They have a comfy lounge area and you’re by Main Street. You can walk and get coffee or even get a bite to eat while you wait. Highly recommend.
I had my hair colored by Vivian (IG: balayageandblended) and the experience was extremely disappointing. She only accepts Zelle as payment and does not list anywhere that she works out of The Loft Salon. My hair was overprocessed, it feels like straw, and the ends are breaking even after she cut off 3–4 inches. I asked for a warm brown, but the toner she used was so close to my natural color that my hair looks almost the same as before. So all I really got out of it was damaged hair.
