I called them for the replacement of a broken loft hatch and they were out the following morning. Although a small job, from the initial call to Eddie and the fitters doing the work, then to making the payment with John, a very professional outfit. Very quick and tidy with the work and a very competitive cost. I would have no hesitation using them again and recommending The Loft Men.

I booked the Loft Men to replace an old, heavy, difficult to stow ladder with a spring-assisted Easy Stow one. From first contact with the company (Ben) through to quote/measure-up and then fitting (all done by Marc) it was a great experience. On his first visit Marc had realised that the ladder would potentially catch on some pipework so he custom-made a little wooden shelf for it to sit on to avoid this.
