Just today I had my second cut with Donna. After 6 years of searching since leaving Seattle I have finally found *my* stylist! She studied the picture of my former hairstyle that I liked and no one seemed to be able to copy, she didn't just give it a passing glance. She played with my hair and worked with it and talked with me about it and a couple months back I was really pleased. Tricia did a fabulous job with my color and blow dry. I’m very picky with color because I won’t use bleach and she was able to get it extremely bright and pretty and she really knows how to blow out hair. Very seasoned, highly recommended. A+++++
Edit: I am changing my review to 5 stars, simply because they called to follow up and personally apologize. Hair grows back. Miscommunications happen. But how you recover from a poor experience says a lot about a business- and I’m thankful for their hospitality and making things right. Asked for a trim and we decided on 3 inches. I feel like she cut 6 off. I kept asking her not to cut more length off but she reassured me she was just softening my layers. Thank god hair grows back but I’m so upset and extremely disappointed. Not trying to tank anyone’s reputation but I felt the need to warn other long hair girls. Confirmed with another hairdresser this is at least 5 inches.
Donna was absolutely amazing today so fun. Shehad such a wonderful personality. I feel like myself again thank you for a beautiful haircut. ☺️☺️
