Was searching for a new hair stylist after having long hair for several years; my previous hair stylist having retired. I found Karmen at The Loft and took a chance. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and a couple examples of what I wanted to avoid, and she went to work. She was efficient, super friendly, and great to chat with. Had my first visit yesterday and Carmen was wonderful! She is so pleasant to deal with and very skilled. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had .

Karmen is the Queen of color correction because let me tell you, I got my hair colored somewhere else, did not like it, went to Karmen hoping for a fix or something I liked looking at. Karmen was amazing. Totally understood what I was hoping for versus what I got. It was a loooooooong process but absolutely happy with the result. I even teared up after! Thank you Karmen for putting up with hoooooours of not easy work, leaving me a happy client!
