Was searching for a new hair stylist after having long hair for several years; my previous hair stylist having retired. I found Karmen at The Loft and took a chance. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and a couple examples of what I wanted to avoid, and she went to work. She was efficient, super friendly, and great to chat with. Going from long hair to a stacked bob cut was a big change, and Karmen was very willing to readjust the length when I realized I wanted to go shorter. Had my first visit yesterday and Carmen was wonderful! She is so pleasant to deal with and very skilled. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had .
Went in as a walk in for just a hair cut. My stylist (Alissa) was amazing. I will be back!
