Shawnette did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair. We have been looking for quite some time for someone like Shawnette. She certainly knows her stuff and she taught my daughter how to care for her curly hair. My daughter’s hair looks great; nice and healthy, but most importantly my daughter feels great!! My daughter will certainly be back and we would definitely recommend the loft to our family and friends!! We are so happy to have found Shawnette!!
I arrived with super frizzy hair that I could not get rid of and left looking like I have been taking good care of my curls for ages! Shawnette was so nice and knowledgeable and she provided the education I needed to properly care for my curls at home. Now I have a better understanding of my own hair and hair care in general. I'm definitely going back quarterly and would totally recommend doing their VIP treatment to anyone starting their curly hair journey. I wish I had found them sooner!
