I’ve been seeing Martine at The Loft Beauty Network for my wax regularly, and she’s always amazing. She’s professional, friendly, and makes me feel completely comfortable every time. She creates such a light, fun atmosphere that really helps put you at ease. The service is quick, clean, and consistent, and I always leave with smooth results and no irritation. Highly recommend her

I went for my first Japanese HeadSpa with Marty and it was everything I had hoped it would be! 🤩 So relaxing, everything was perfect. From the giant foam on the bed to rest your legs on, what felt like a nice & warm heavy comforter, the water pressure and temp were perfect, ambiance was spot on, and the company is always great! And the products smell and feel so good on my skin. Good hair, awful management. I went on Feb 25th for a haircut with Grace Wilson, who was excellent and kind. Unfortunately, upon paying for the service, I was charged double. The receptionist explained there was a machine error and assured me the money would automatically deposit back into my account and told me to call them if it didn't return to my account by the following day.
